can't use. paid and money has disappeared. no one wants to dela with complaint
Topped up new SIM but credit added to identical number on a new SIM posted out so couldn't use on the day Customer services rep couldn't help, refused to pass to a supervisor, lied and said you don't have a complaints process, and hung up on me. Tried dialing back to speak to supervisor and was put in hold for 20mins before I terminated call. Logged complaint 3 days ago and no one has even acknowledged it
