I spoke with two representatives. The first just to get information - no attempt to "hard sell" me, for which I was grateful. I checked a few other companies and decided to go with LifeStation. I called back and within a few minutes was all signed up and the device was ordered! So easy! Thanks!!

Guess there was a glitch in the system. 😊 I ordered it on 12/02/2024 and the lady said it would arrive within 7 days and now they are just now processing payment and shipping on December 11th? Come one,,, do better! I sure hope this isn’t a precursor to how the service will be!! Now my Mom will be alone until it gets there because my Daughter has to leave back to California. And she was going to help set up and test it. I’m not happy.

The amount of time to receive this Lifeline is horrible! It's been almost 2 weeks since purchasing. I keep getting emails asking how I like it etc. and I haven't even received it yet. Poor communication also! This certainly isn't a good sign about LifeStation to begin with!

Justin walked us through the process. He was enthusiastic and polite. He informed us about each step in the process and let us know about all the benefits my parent was eligible for. He also gave us time to discuss things while waiting patiently.
This company is terrible. We have had this alert system for several years. When we had the last emergency the EMS was sent to the wrong address and as a response we were advised that “ well this sometimes happens”. We cancelled the account after paying annually two months prior ( $ 429.00) and were given a flat rate refund of $ 225.00 instead of the prorated balance of $ 357.00. Please find someone else more reliable to protect your family

Justin was very helpful, explained everything well, and made ordering easy. I was placing the order for my brother-in-law. Looking forward to the peace of mind in knowing that he has an alert in case of falls.
