The agent is spoke with was vemy agent Maria deserves a raise.

The agent is spoke with was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and concerns explained the the differences between the watch and the necklace as far as the charging of the devices. She was very patient and considerate. Should be more people like her . She made everything very easy for me. Thank you Maria.

Do not sign up for this service

Do not sign up for this service. My grandmothers device refused to charge and Life Station would not replace the unit until several phone calls later and I had to prove the device would not hold a charge. After I cancelled the service when she went into a nursing home, Life Station charged her to extra months service when she did not have the device in her possession. Life Station even charged her for the return shipping label to be sent to her. Stay away. Also when we would test the device it wouldn't connect to the cell towers and would turn off. Again stay way for your own benefit!

My mom had fall protection,fell and spent the night on the floor because her button didn't work, fell again, flat on her face - button didn't work, the company offered no competition, not really even an I'm sorry. She had black eyes and everything.

I had not delt with LifeStation prior…

I had not delt with LifeStation prior to today. Boy have I missed out. Christina, my Customer Service Rep was a delight to talk to & do business with. She had all the information I needed & presented it with a positive attitude & a great sense of humor. I felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. If this is the type of service I will continue to have I will be thrilled.

Went through my insurance to sign up…

Went through my insurance to sign up for this service. Never received the alert unit but was charged. I called them that the unit never arrived but was charged again. Finally thinking the account was closed and all refunds given, I’m charged once again. Still no unit. Incompetence at its best. Do not, Do not use this company. Research and find another option.

Life Savingo

Maria, the representative who helped me make my informed decision to purchase my new alert plan. She was very caring and understands why I needed to continue wt an alert system. Maria gave me all discounts available to me knowing what my budget allows. Overall, Maria helped me make my decision. I had fallen earlier I the year and did not have an alert system. Yes I got to the 911 call but realized I needed protection in the future if this ever happened again. These alert systems are necessary for every senior. Thank you Life Station.

It’s about the customer service…

It’s always about the customer service… and I received amazing assistance education and service from agent Justin. Justin ‘made the sale’ with his recommendations ease of explanation, knowledge of the product and expertise in tailoring the experience to the customer (me!)… Five stars all day every day - BRAVO JUSTIN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
