Be careful, in my humble opinion. Things aren't always as the seem. My last comment was flagged because Lifestation said it was deflamorty even though my statement was true and accurate. Life alert is the captain in the industry for a reason. Have a great day.
I could understand "Frankie". he Explained every thing quite well. I am 90 years old. It appears to be the proper fit for me. A nurse told me, better to have a device and not use it. The price fits my budget. I have an old home, will install a mail box at our back door. Thank you for the help.
Definitely works will,although the lanyard tends to come off the alert button. Is there a better way to keep it attached?
In 2024 my elderly mother was provided with this service, at no cost, by her health insurance provider and there were NO PROBLEMS...but that quickly changed when in 2025 she needed to pay a monthly fee for this service. We received notification, via a phone call and also with a red alert showing on her LifeStation console, that her button (necklace) needed to be replaced so a new one was sent to her. Once the new button was received it was activated but the red light wouldn't clear. I made at least 6 phone calls and spoke to multiple customer service representatives and was given multiple explanations and remedies to correct this red alert light problem...NONE OF WHICH HAVE WORKED!! And, she was also charged for the return mailing label, which I was NOT TOLD WOULD OCCUR! During my latest conversation on 1/18/2025 with yet another customer service rep I was AGAIN assisted in resetting the console to try to eliminate the red light alert...BUT THE RESET FAILED AGAIN! And, I was told my mom NEEDED A NEW BUTTON/NECKLACE, which is to be shipped. If LifeStation can't correct a problem with their equipment why would I EVER feel confident about their ability to provide the medical assistance should my mom fall and need help!!

The Company has many options for devices and they're patient when dealing with you. Life station scheduled a called back to let by son hear all the details for the service. The call center representative didn't mind answering all my questions.
The caller sounded like she understood my fears about my mom falling. Explained the features that matched what we need.
The person I spoke with was professional, but also warm, friendly and helpful. She did a very good job of explaining the different Life Station products to me, and helped me select the one which best met my needs. She had great people skills - a very important attribute in any line of work.

Ben was very helpful walking me through all the details. I told him I was down to my final 3 picks. He was not at all pushy and we went through all 3 offers. What told me was not only the convenience of the smartwatch, but when he explained the 24/7 monitoring. The price was comparable to all the others. If Ben is an indication of what their customer service will be like then I know I made the right choice.
I don't have it yet Sherry was very informative and pleasant to talk with, it was fun, and I can't think of many sales persons that are fun to speak with! All questions were answered promptly even if I did not want to hear her answer!

We have weak cell service. This is the first time (of a half dozen or so calls) where the caller knew the differences between GPS, cell service, Blue Tooth, WiFi, and landline. I still didnt get a call back after scheduling a time for one, but the web site had enough information to choose a system that might work.
