No wait time to talk to a real person! I have talked on the phone with 3 different representatives & they were all very easy to understand, polite, professional, & very helpful! They answered all of my questions & made the purchase process very quick & easy! We were referred by a satisfied Sidekick user, and so far, I am very pleased with the experience!
Freddie, our sales person was courteous and answered all our questions.
The system was sent to my address. I ordered it for my mom. Many phone calls to correct the situation and get a system sent to her. This caused an unnecessary delay. I also ordered a lockbox. Haven’t received one. Just a hassle all around. Not very confident in this system.
I have not gotten it yet. No tracking and no calls back. NOT happy

Maria was my customer service representative. She has a pleasant personality and was very knowledgable in answering questions. I didn't feel as though I was getting a "sales pitch" like I had gotten with a different company when I was inquiring about purchasing. The pricing is very reasonable. I also feel a sense of relief knowing that my father will have access to 24 hour emergency assistance at the touch of a button.

If I had known about Life Station I would have saved myself some headaches! Christina,Sales Person, was exact. She knew what I was looking for and presented a workable plan to me.I told her if the problems with LifeLine, Christina addressed those areas and gave me the proof that Life Station will not commit those things done by the prior company.

Order was originally placed 1/22, and received confirmation email. Everything seemed great! On 1/27 received emails for Service Agreement and set up instructions, both of which had errors. I called Customer Service, very muddled process to correct. It appears two orders were submitted internally. I can only hope that all is straightened out now. It would be good to receive a confirmation of the complete order information, or better, have an online portal which I could access.

Customer Rep was very helpful and expalined everything to us in details about the plans and how device works. This helped us to make a decision quickly.
The rep, Sherry Lynn, was very helpful and not pushy at all. Answered all my questions and made me comfortable with my decision for this system for my mother. She was awesome. I was going to call around and get prices on other systems but after such good customer service, I was sold on Life Station.
