Order was very muddled.
Order was originally placed 1/22, and received confirmation email. Everything seemed great! On 1/27 received emails for Service Agreement and set up instructions, both of which had errors. I called Customer Service, very muddled process to correct. It appears two orders were submitted internally. I can only hope that all is straightened out now. It would be good to receive a confirmation of the complete order information, or better, have an online portal which I could access.
