I have not received it yet. But I was kind of confused I was given a price off 499 for 1 year. Then I heard 4 something a month? I just hung up not understanding. I can not Judge the product yet so I will see. You know dealing with old people is frustrating but just slow down and make sure we understand.

It was easy to order & the associate was nice & polite. However, he said I would receive the device within 7 to 10 days. I chose to have payment deducted from my checking account instead of a debit or credit card to avoid having to update when they expire or are compromised. When I called to see why I hadn’t received it, I was told you have wait 7-10 to ship because I paid my checking account. This should have been explained to me when I originally called. I still have not received the devise & if I didn’t need it, I wouldn’t have ordered it.
