Hello, Husband, Steve and I were interested in the Life Alert and when call Sherry answered all of our questions. She also gave us good advice. When we asked her to give us a little time and we would get back to her. She let us know that we may not get her to speak with. Sherry called us back, in California, at exactly 2:00pm. This is the time we agreed upon. Again Sherry answered all of our questions and assisted us in ordering the Life Station. Steve could not decide on the necklace or wristlet. With Sherry's help we decided on the wristlet so he could wear his good watch, and I can locate him in the half acre property we have without running around and calling his name.
