I have not received any communication on my facet where the water comes loose !

The entire experience was well informed and thorough. We appreciated the in depth knowledge and learning that occurred when we scheduled the initial visit and learned about Leaf Home Water Solutions. The salesman was very educated and made sure we knew what our current water had in it and how to verify the facts. We were given many options and the opportunity to choose if we wanted to move forward or wait without pressure. I have to give kuddos to the installer as well as they were thorough, made sure we knew everything that was going on throughout the installation process and making sure we were happy all along the way. Since the install, my family has noticed the difference, including their hair, skin, and the sinks and shower basins no longer looking as discolored nor spotted. Thank you Leaf Home Water Solutions!

Outstanding customer service! Diego Conde did a wonderful job installing the system and explaining it to us. When he left we felt confident we knew how it operate it and knew what to do in the event of an emergency.

The overall experience was great. We did the water test with our representative Mathew. I already had in my mind that I wanted to go with a whole home system just didn’t know which one. Mathew was very thorough with explaining everything and working to see what fit for my home not just upselling me on things I didn’t need. The install was great and I was getting pictures along the way. My only issue I’ve had was the follow up messaging with my rep post install. I understand that reps are limited in my area but I would have just liked a little more communication or follow up to make sure it’s all working the way it’s supposed to. But that’s not that big of a deal,I’m just a very analytical person that likes over detail.

the tech showed up when he said, if I had questions he explained the process and sit my mind at ease, I ask him to take the single filter off the hookup because we have gotten my husband can't change it any more, he was very nice and respectful.

The new was installed and working good. Installer showed be the working instauration. The old tanks were removed at a later date ok.

Artem Labanov came to check on system that was put in a month ago. He was courteous & knowledgeable and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the system; including date & time changing of regeneration, as well as minor troubleshooting. I also, want to give a shoutout to Patrick, the installer, who worked hard to complete the install in a day! I had a full install of all 3 products: soft water, filtration & reverse osmosis systems.

I made an inquiry for a consultation, and the next day the gentlemen was in my home explaining the best options for our home and usage as well as going over our water levels to include the types of metals, and calcium. He also explained to us how the water softener and filter would be beneficial. Our whole home water system is a great home investment and our hair and skin is thankful, not to mention not having to buy anymore refrigerator filters and not having to be concerned about the calcium build up in our tankless hot water heater. It also saves on continuously having to buy cases of water since all of our water in the home is filtered. I highly recommend leaf home water solutions products and we will forever be customers.

Initial appointment to go over my water sample, equipment options, cost and install schedule went very well. Everything was clear and concise. Installation took place when it was scheduled. I do wish there were more options/care with esthetics for installs outside your home. Also, I think there should be a follow-up visit to get another water sample to show improvement after install.

My water is tasting better. However I still need to remove the equipment that was existing prior to the installation of the Leaf Water system. I am 69 years old and I will need to have assistance to get it out of my basement. Then there is the issue of where do I take it after it is out of the basement?

We decided to get rid of our rented water filter system that had a tank and buy a tankless system to give us more room under our sink and to stop throwing rental fees down the drain. It took over 6 weeks for the Leaf system arrived and get it installed. Once our tankless system was installed we discovered that the water pressure was incredibly low.It basically dribbled. And the spout they installed had a digital readout and was very poorly designed and was hard to turn off.We got no instructions regarding the digital readout and had no idea what it was for. Plus, we discovered there is a MOTOR in the tankless system and it was super loud. Totally unacceptable. It took forever to even fill a glass.The company was great about helping find solutions, HOWEVER, they refused to give us our money back, which is what we wanted. The solution? Install another simple faucet (did we get a lesser faucet that did not give us the information we needed?) and put A TANK under the sink!!! They came and installed it and the faucet, the loud motor (still there but quieter) and pressure issue were resolved, but now we have a system just like what we originally had and in the end we did not get what we wanted in the first place and the reason we went with Leaf! Very disappointed. But again I will say the customer service really was excellent, from the sales person on up. They worked very hard to find a solution for us. (all except a refund)

Everything was so thoroughly explained & everyone was so easy to deal with.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Our installer went out of his way during the installation to make sure we had a clear understanding of the product. Very happy with the whole process and water system.

Post review from install 9/9/24. I’d like to take back what I said about the company, and the service being so good. First we tried to call them about our filter stating that it’s not filtering out what it should. So they sent a tech out from Raleigh who told us that the system we got is not supposed to filter out what we thought was the whole purpose for the filtration system. And he said we were gonna hear back from the company about taking the system back out cause we don’t want something if it’s only doing half the job, and not all toxins and chemicals get filtered with their system. After installation of what we thought was a good filtration system that did it all was installed incorrectly. Ever since it was installed I kept getting calls from Cape Fear Water stating that our meter kept running, and we had running water somewhere..mind you that guy they did send out went into the crawl space as well and he just didn’t want to tell us about the leak?? So we called plumbers and they stated shark bites were used in installation and that’s a big NO NO for this type of job!!! Now having to spend more money to have someone fix this HUGE mess they made. We have been so upset and yet NO WORD FROM THE COMPANY!!! I will be going to BBB, yelp, the news media, social media all of it. This company is a rip and does not know what they are doing! The sales rep didn’t even put in the numbers that the water was reading on our papers before to compare them. Like come on this place is so unprofessional. Don’t use them!!
