Professional but tardy …

Although the technicians that installed my equipment were nice guys, they were extremely late. My 1:45pm installation didn’t happen till 4:00pm During the installation they needed a part so they went to store to get and also got something to eat while they were out pushing the installation time past 9:00pm. They stated that the previous job before mine ran longer than expected. While I can appreciate that, it was at my expense.

I like the representative that came out…

I like the representative that came out and presented Leaf Home and the Technician Bevon who did the installation. Excellent professionalism and dedication to their job. Both are excellent customer service people with excellent character, that's what a company strive to have working for them. Thank you for sending them to me.

5 Stars for real

Leaf Home installed a softer system and water purifier in my home about 18 months a go. Love it! This week I had maintenance done to my system. The technician (Kyle) did a great job. Fast, friendly and professional. I highly recommend the systems. The difference is truly amazing

Leaf Company installed a water…

Leaf Company installed a water filtration system at our home, for which we paid nearly $13,000. We were initially informed that the main issue with our water was the odor, and they assured us that the equipment would resolve the problem. However, the smell persisted, and we later discovered that it was due to sulfur in our well water. Despite numerous calls to the company, no solution was provided. Ultimately, we had to hire another company to install a sulfur filter in addition to the system we had already purchased. After weeks of trying to get in touch, we finally received a call from someone claiming to be the regional manager, who said they would send a technician. At this point, it seems that Leaf Company is either unable to support their own equipment or is running some kind of scam. The technician from Leaf Company arrived at our house around 8 p.m., a full six hours later than the scheduled time, in the middle of heavy rain and complete darkness. He simply cleaned the salt from the system and never checked the power, as he was never informed by the regional manager what the actual issue was. Afterward, the manager called me, claiming there was a power problem, which the technician had supposedly reported. However, the technician couldn’t have mentioned this to me because he wasn’t even aware of the issue. The manager then continued to argue with me and asked me to personally check the equipment. What’s the point of paying close to $15,000 for a water filtration system if the company can’t even provide proper support for their own product? At this point, it feels like Leaf Company is either completely incapable of supporting their equipment or running some kind of scam. Extremely disappointed.

Great Water Test Results After Installation

After asking the company to test my water, I purchased a whole house, carbon filter about 2 months ago. I asked the company to send a technician today to re-test our water. The results were nothing short of FANTASTIC!. Mostly 0.0 on each item, pH was 7.0 (right in the middle), FCL, TCL & CCL were all well within limits and the water has neutral hardness (0.0). We could not be happier with the results. This purchase was well worth the money. The Leaf team has done a fantastic job for us here.

Forgotten information …

I feel like the only thing that should have been mentioned before choosing the system is that my irrigation system is on the filter side of my system. I would have chosen the salt free system had this information been provided. Thank goodness the installation tech warned me before I used it on my fruit trees, flower garden & vegetables. Now I have to rerun all my line to the pump house 😤 which is in the back of the house. I believe my water quality is otherwise good.

I was 100% misguided when I signed this contract.

I was 100% misguided when I signed a contract. The contract was for $140.00 per mo for 60 mo. LETS DO THE MATH ( $140.00 x 60 MO = $ 8,400. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD SIGN THIS KIND OF CONTRACT. I WAS MISLED,NEVER TOLD EXACTLY WHAT THIS CONTRACT WOULD COST. MY BROTHER IS AN ATTORNEY IN ORANGE,TEXAS,AND WE HAVE DECIDED TO FILE CHARGES- THEFT,MISLEAD WHEN CONTRACT,PLUS ANY OTHER CHARGES WE MAY FIND. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED THE CONTRACT TO ME IN FULL,THIS WAS NEVER DONE. I EXPECT COMPENSATION FOR YOUR GREED,AND DISHONESTY---LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU DECIDE SO I CAN MOVE FORWARD. THE BALANCE DUE ON THIS IS $2,442. I am the owner, this was just brought to my attention----REX-----I was LIED to on apps. 09/03/2020

Check the equipment

The sales person was great, but then the wrong products got installed in my house. I still don’t know when the correct equipment is getting hooked up and getting hooked up the way that it was supposed to be.

Completely satisfied with Leaf Home…

Completely satisfied with Leaf Home water filter system. With a new home and 2 year old well, I assumed our water did not have any issues. But I used Leaf Home's offer to do free testing. They had good mobile test equipment and found our water was acidic, with a ph 5.9, out of the EPA guidance of 6 5 - 8.0 ph range. I thought about money I spend on asthetic lawn care, compared to protecting my family's health, and it was an easy decision to invest in the Leaf Water solution. Chase made the process simple, fully explained my options, didn't pressure me and facilitated a good experience. The tech and installer, Randall, did an outstanding job. His connections into existing lines was neat, clean and good craftmanship. Randall stayed on the job until we were both satisfied. We've been using the new filter system for 2 weeks and completely happy with the system!

Quick response after calling to make appointment. Very informative salesman, answered all questions I had. Quick response to installation. Install went great, only problem they couldn’t install near outlet.

Sales person was great but…

Sales person was great. Install was not so great. They installed the wrong products in my home and then didn’t connect the products properly so the system would work as the old system did. Then I got not a single call from either the sales person or the installation people about when they were going to fix what they did wrong. Still now waiting for a return phone call as I believe that when you install the wrong product for somebody you should be back immediately the following day to put the right product in.
