Hailey came out to do my first initial water test appointment. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and informative about how leaf home water solutions worked. She went over water which system would be best for my home. I thankful choosing Leaf Home water Solutions because of the high efficiency equipment Installation was scheduled for the next day. Russell, the installer, showed up on time and only needed two hours to complete the installation. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every thing in detail. I did recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions to my neighbors.

The technician seems to know what he was doing and was helpful. He was courteous but businesslike.

Installer damaged the seal around the sewer pipe. The installer also flat out told me “I’m just a 3rd party installer, I just install this stuff, do not expect me to tell you how it works”. If you spend $14k on a equipment, I would expect a highly trained installer to demonstrate how things work. Very unsatisfied result.

Review for Leaf Water Systems - 1 Star My experience with Leaf Water Systems has gone from disappointing to infuriating. Their deceptive practices and exploitative business model are absolutely unacceptable: 1. Extortionate maintenance costs: They're charging an outrageous $325 per year just to replace a UV light bulb, under the guise of an agreement to "clean the system for best performance." This 10-year contract feels more like extortion than maintenance. 2. Hidden long-term commitment: This absurd service agreement was buried in the contract and never properly explained during installation. I feel blindsided by this expensive, decade-long obligation. 3. Deceptive pricing tactics: When I tried to purchase the UV light directly, their representative claimed I could only get it through a service call. Even worse, they had the audacity to say I could "purchase" the light for the same cost as a service call - $325 for a simple light bulb! This level of deception is appalling. 4. No DIY option: They flatly refused to let me replace the UV light myself, citing the predatory service agreement. 5. Proprietary parts trap: The UV light has a unique part number, making it impossible to find affordable alternatives. This feels like a deliberate tactic to keep customers dependent on their overpriced services. 6. Inflexible and dismissive customer service: When I voiced my concerns about the excessive costs and misleading agreement, they were completely unwilling to work with me or find any reasonable solution. Their lack of empathy and flexibility left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. While the water softener itself works, it's not worth the nightmare of dealing with Leaf Water Systems' greedy tactics and poor customer service. I strongly urge potential customers to avoid this company at all costs. Their entire business model seems designed to trap consumers in expensive, long-term contracts with no way out. Save yourself the frustration, money, and headache - look elsewhere for your water treatment needs. This company's practices border on predatory, and they should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

Seth Pollard came to the initial appointment and tested my water. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. He worked with us to make sure we could afford a system that was right for our well water. Installation was scheduled for the next day. Danny, the installer, arrived on time and only needed two hours to complete the installation. He did a terrific job and walked me through all of the maintenance information. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely pleased with the over process! For the first time in several years, we are rust free with great water we can now actually consume from the faucet! Highly recommend Leaf!!

Your salesman Bernard Treider lied to me that this is a lifetime warranty, installer moves stuff to make room, tanks are small-mo so, do not touch equipment or warranty is off-installer tells me what to do, installer leaves extra salt-not so only what is in tanks. Installer knows more than salesman. All salesman wanted was a sale ,& I could not have a convenient time for install. Just disappointed in the sales pitch.

Conner Made the whole thing painless. He went above to make sure that we were not inconvenienced with the water having to be shut off for a short time. Was very Polite and organized. Wanted the end result to look good too. And he succeeded!!

Both the salesman and installer listened to my concerns and suggestions relating to my previous system. We were able to use the saltwater discharge line from the softener, which had been in place for 18 years, on the new system saving a lot of work. I have a Well, and live in a 'Flood' zone, the addition of the 'in-line' UV light gives me the ability to drink and use clean water right from the Tap.

The individual that started the installation did a very good job. He did not complete the job and another individual was sent out to complete the job. The second individual was rude and insensitive. He arrived early without informing me of the change. He banged on my door like he was a police officer. He was told that one more item was on the list that I had forgotten to mention. His reply was I was not told about this but, I will do you a favor. I think that was rude considering the fact that the previous individual was supposed to complete that task.

John was an excellent rep, knowledgeable and a great personality. Joshua was also great, installation was a breeze.

The water is good and healthy alkaline. That’s what matters to me the most.

Tried to register my job number on 3 different days but was unable to. Called in for assistance but after 10 minutes on hold I gave up and left my number for a callback. Got the callback and thought I was squared away. I was told my warranty information would be emailed to me and here it is the following day and I’ve received nothing. Not impressed with customer service

Great people to work with, nothing bad to say about the process. Ty and Jake were awesome.
