Ended up with something we didn't want

We decided to get rid of our rented water filter system that had a tank and buy a tankless system to give us more room under our sink and to stop throwing rental fees down the drain. It took over 6 weeks for the Leaf system arrived and get it installed. Once our tankless system was installed we discovered that the water pressure was incredibly low.It basically dribbled. And the spout they installed had a digital readout and was very poorly designed and was hard to turn off.We got no instructions regarding the digital readout and had no idea what it was for. Plus, we discovered there is a MOTOR in the tankless system and it was super loud. Totally unacceptable. It took forever to even fill a glass.The company was great about helping find solutions, HOWEVER, they refused to give us our money back, which is what we wanted. The solution? Install another simple faucet (did we get a lesser faucet that did not give us the information we needed?) and put A TANK under the sink!!! They came and installed it and the faucet, the loud motor (still there but quieter) and pressure issue were resolved, but now we have a system just like what we originally had and in the end we did not get what we wanted in the first place and the reason we went with Leaf! Very disappointed. But again I will say the customer service really was excellent, from the sales person on up. They worked very hard to find a solution for us. (all except a refund)
