Destin the young man that installed our system was. Polite, knowledgeable and careful about the process under the house not bringing the dirt up through the house. He cleaned up all the residue,taking it out with him. Truly a pleasant installer to have here.

WSTL201072. The installer Mike Farmer showed up on time. He displayed a very professional and positive manner! He removed the old system and installed the new Leaf Water Softener in a very timely manner! He cleaned up the area and explained the new system to me.

The installers were on time and completed the installation faster than anticipated. They were very professional and were conscious to close the gate behind them so the dogs would not escape. That was very much appreciated!

No pre-filter was installed as I was told. Installer was very rude and obnoxious..! Salesman was very pushy to make the sale. I wish I would of waited and shopped around more. Water softner i purchased is way over-priced for the product advertised..!

We purchased a home water system to treat for iron and hard water. One year later, we had to replace 1 faucet, 2 shower heads, and damaged our dishwasher. A second faucet will need to be replaced due to excessive buildup and damage because of harsh cleaning reagents. 6K down the drain. Now I am being ghosted. I have been trying to get this fixed since last fall.

Do yourself and favor and do your own research before overpaying for this system. I have had my system for almost two years and the water has only gotten harder since having it installed. Now that the Leaf system is being ripped out and I've started doing my own research, I am finding that I can purchase a system for literally 5 times less than the one I purchased through them. My neighbore paid less than $1,000 for his and he has not issues. When I purchases the system from Leaf I already had a water softener system, but wasn't happy with it because we still had white sediment all over everything. I was sold on this system by Leaf and as I said earlier my problems only got worse. I am grateful that they are now refunding my money and removing the system, but now I'm stuck purchasing another system, even though I had one that worked better than this one prior to purchasing the Leaf System. The technicians that came and serviced my system over the past two years had no idea what they were doing. My new roommate, who happens to be one of those people that don't stop until they have a solution, was able to figure out that the system wasn't working. I am rating them a 2 only because they are doing the right thing in refunding my money, but in my opinion they should be offsetting the cost of a new system consdering I ripped mine out to install thier system that didn't work. Not to mention, the damage this has done to my appliances etc... Do yourself a favor and choose a company that specializes in water softeners. Leaf does not.

These two guys did a wonderful job of installing my system. They worked in hot, humid weather. The installation looks good, however, I have one complaint: I was told that the system would set on a foundation and it was set on bare ground. If you are so careless with the things I can see, then what about the things I can see.?

Hooked up finally. Salt might be expensive, otherwise seems to be OK.

Pablo did our installation here in San Marcos, Texas. He was very efficient, and finished the work in only an hour and a half. He explained everything thoroughly, and the system is working well. Excellent job, Pablo!
