The guy that came to do my water test was very professional. He explained the levels in our water and recommend the best system for us. He followed up a few times after he left to be sure everything was moving forward. The installation was a few days later and the installer was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He set the system up and we noticed an immediate improvement in our water quality. We have been very pleased with the new system. Highly recommend using this company if you have any water issues.

A technician with 15 months experience who didn’t speak English his helper was his translator. The technician didn’t explain how the system worked. Craftsmanship could have been a little better.very nice young men although I expected that from them. They were clean, Conscientious of that .im a retired plumbing foreman and understand completely how trades work.also the RO system under my kitchen sink the faucet was not tightened completely which I’ll have to call them to ofcourse come and retighten the faucet.

Installer was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He took the unexpected (drain line wouldn't fit behind water heater) in stride and figured out a workaround. He explained how the system works and gave good advice on maintenance. Cleanup was perfect. It was a more professional installation that what he was replacing. Great work!

Phil and Mehgan was very courteous and during the whole process. They connected the system and explained it that makes it simple for me to maintain. The did a great job.

The sales people and the installer were very professional and friendly, however my 1 and only complaint is I wasn’t told that we needed an electrical outlet for the UV disinfection system. UV system is not working because I’m waiting for the power line to be connected.

We bought our leaf water system early summer. Let me first say when the man came, he said this was a no pressure sale! We found out that wasn’t true. After he showed us everything, we mentioned we wanted to talk about it and let him know since it was an expensive buy. He made it sound like we wouldn’t get the “good deal” if we waited. We should have waited! We did feel pressure. Let me just say he’s very friendly but high pressure! HE told us that we would no longer see the clay ring we see in our toilets. HE said our water would be pure and we wouldn’t have to change our water filter in the refrigerator. HE said our clothes would come out cleaner. He tested our water and made it sound like it was REALLY bad! HE told us this system would be all we need. After a month or so we still noticed the clay rings in our toilets. My clothes weren’t any cleaner then I thought they would be. And I’m sure my fridge water filter is ready to be changed. My husband called their service people and they came out to check the system. We explained the issues and were told we needed to buy more things, like a UV filter! We weren’t happy at all!! We needed to spend MORE money?? Spending the $5,000 and more was not enough? The water is softer, but everything else was NOT worth the money!! We regret this high pressure sale and if we had to do it over again we wouldn’t!! We feel like we were lied to and didn’t live up to what they were selling us! Yes the salesman was friendly but aren’t they all to get you to buy their product? We did call our salesman and he returned our call the first time. He told us that he would come back and test the system again but he never did!! This just has been a mess. So before you buy this water filter system be sure to NOT let them high pressure you. Take your time and really think about it. It’s an expensive decision. Compare it with others, which is what I wish we had done. We are NOT happy and really regret our expensive decision. If we had to do it over again we wouldn’t! I wish they had a buyback program because we’d give it back. We are so unhappy with this system!! Good much if you buy one. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

I recently bought a Leaf Home Water solutions water purification system for my home. The sales rep., Rob Cunningham, came to my house and explained the system that was best for my needs. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. The system was installed a couple days later by Luis Garcia. He was right on time and did an excellent job of installing the system. A real craftsman! Attention to detail, neat, personable. If you need a water purification system, this is the company and these are the people!!! Recommend them highly.

The service tech, Kyle, from the PHX area, came as promised and changed the electrical line. He had the right solution and worked it out very well. We are satisfied.

Dan Davis was my tech he was a great guy. He was very professional. So far I Love the water system. Its been 2 weeks.

Positive and helpful sales people and installer Charlie. Joseph and Carlos were a little slow but good spirited. Charlie forgot to leave a sample salt bag but Sal is sending me a photo of one. I almost put in a different system right before COVID showed up but did not. Lucky you I guess.

Kyriel was on time, very polite and explained everything well. He worked diligently, without hurrying. It was overall a satisfying experience. So far, the system is working as described.
