Service call --
Had a system installed about 3 years ago -- It took over a week to get a service appointment set up . Finally got a service man to do the annually check up . Service man this past Monday and ended up cracking the end sleeve on the Ultra violet light - so the whole system is not operable now and the service man stated I would receive a call the next day -- No call the next day l and it is now Wednesday and I had to call to try and set up another service call -- Still no call when somebody will be here -- Worst Customer service so for from this company
