sales Representative, Mark Buccitelli explained the advantages of the whole house system, all of the options and tested our water. After testing, he made recommendations to correct our problems. After agreeing to the system, he scheduled an installation for the next day.

The system was installed quickly and neatly. The installer cleaned up after the installation. Everything seems to be working properly, although it is too soon to know how well it is working. So far I haven’t seen any rust buildup in the toilets, which is a good sign.

Mikayla Behrens was a very efficient sale person and made us feel very comfortable having her in our home while reviewing our water without judgement. Our service Tech was Pedro. He has been exceptionally proficient and explanatory regarding the services and product inside out and outside our home. Pedro arrived timely, provided the services as request, but also made us feel welcome to have him in our home. Both Mikayla and Pedro were exceptional in every way possible regarding sales and services.

They said they weren’t doing the free simply safe alarm system even though they were still advertising it. They also said they would fill my salt tank and not have to worry about it for 3 months. They did not fill it.

The salesman Jon was very helpful and explained my options well. I felt he was a man of integrity who was being honest with me about everything. The installer Kenneth H. was professional, polite and friendly. He made sure to explain how everything worked and did a great job of installing the product. You can be proud of how they represented your company.

Experience was good. Still early on how I feel. Want to see more results on water quality after system has been installed.

I like the process to clean the water coming in but the installation was less than average. now everytime we flush we hear a loud bang coming from the unit. It was stated it was going to be placed in one spot and the installer stated that wasn't possibe and basically put it somewhere not ideal. We weren't givena break down of how the installation would look and now we have PVC all over. Not fully happy.

From the technician who came to our house to analyze our water and discuss options to the installation of our water softening system everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and readily answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.

My first contact was with Michael, the water tester, and Dan, the Salesman. I could tell they had not been with the company for long, but they were honest about telling me what they knew and understood about the product. Jerry Canon was a pleasure to interact with and made it possible for me to sign up for the product. Demetry who installed the product stated that he had a lot of experience but seemed a little flustered and made several trips to Home Depot. Dan (Installation supervisor) responded quickly when we had an issue and got Jesse to come in to address the problem of a small leak. Overall, my experience with Leaf systems and their team has been very positive. I would highly recommend this system to anyone who is looking to get a superior water filtration system.

My entire family loves the system what I am not happy with is the follow up that there has not been since I called to se a claim for damage because a pipe burst days after the installation of the filter

My Experience on job WSTL 1446 with both salesman Michael M. and technician Dan Davis was great. Both men were punctual, professional and friendly. Questions were answered. Guidance was given by telling as well as in writing, and I was left with warranty and pamphlets.

From the immediate call back, to CJ in sales and finally Patrick on install, the experience was thorough, professional and well executed.

The salesman who came to our home was very pleasant, knew the products well & answered all our questions. We chose the 12 month, no interest financing. That works good for us & wasn't a hastle. The installer came 2 days later, removed our old softener and was finished in less than an hour. He was very professional & the unit looks great.

Still waiting for that wonderful soft water. Salesman guaranteed one year interest free, the finance company kind of ignored that and pushed hard to get the loan through. I would not do business with this company again. Too much BS is being peddled.

Salesman David was very pushy and got offended when I told him I needed a day to think about it. The entire meeting shifted when I initially told him no. Installers were great.

I had a leak and they came out same day. Fixed the problem. Checked my system and took extra care to remove the water from my garage

We live in Sunset Beach, NC where we are known to have terrible dining water. I believe it to also have turned my highlighted hair yellow. Since installing our system, the RO (reverse osmosis) spicket has been running anywhere from 4 - 36 (under 50 is good). Our salesperson, CJ, has been wonderful. He explained things every step of the way and has checked in several times since the install. He takes pride in this company and ensures his customers are satisfied.

My sales rep was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. The installer was awesome as well. He did a great job with the installation. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family that were in need of a whole house filtration system.
