Excellent customer service, installer, Alex Waite, was on time and did a great job installing the system. Once it was installed, he walked me through the use of the system and how to maintain it.

Awesome sales person Nicholas, very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He took his time explaining everything to us and what we needed. Anthony was the installer he was very nice and patient explains everything to my husband and all the questions he had for him. The water system is it great. I would highly recommend leaf home water solutions.
Professional and polite from the sales reps, Derek and Adam to Babe Bird, our installer. Product was just installed last week but has made a difference in our water quality.
Nearly impossible to get in contact with them to have our unit serviced. I finally traveled to one of their listed office sites in Arlington, Texas. To find out no was was there and it looked abandoned. I took pictures to file a complaint with the Texas AG. I would never recommend this company.

Paul was the installer another great guy took his time showed us everything explained everything installed everything with care so far. We’ve only had it for two days and we can already tell the difference in our skin and the taste of the water. Thank you very much guys.
The installers showed up on time. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable. They ran into a problem with RO hookup (we did not have outlet) and they were able to connect it to another outlet behind our fridge. They were efficient and left no trace of being there - aside from good water. This is our 2nd system. This installation is for new house. If you have crappy water, do yourself a favor and call this company

Dan Davis gave us a great installation and thoroughly explained all the filter systems and their operation. Very highly recommend this company. The water in the residence is now odor free and clear when it is used in the house.

The salesman Pete was very knowledgeable the water in Florida is not the best so we were looking for a product to improve hardness and taste.Its still a new system but so far so good,hopefully it holds up with very little maintenance.
Jared was knowledgeable and straight forward. No orchestrated sales pitch, just a solution. Spencer the service tech did a clean install and explained everything I needed to know. Both of them and the installation manager communicated very well. Jared followed up after the install to check on the install.
Mostly install was smooth until it came to the R/O system to be installed in my kitchen. Sales didn’t realize there was not enough room. Received credit for that part.
Tony was polite, very neat, went over everything with me answer all my question. Everything is covered for seven years. All I have to do is add salt, no filters to change If I have any problem all I have to do is call. When you buy your Leaf Home Water Solutions I hope you get Tony you won't be disappointed. The salesman Daniel was wonderful also. It was a overall good experience.

The employees did a good job. The installer was still in training but had 3 other company representatives to oversee the installation. When it was all done I was very impressed.
