Domenick, my sales rep, was personable and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the right system. The timing for the install got off to a bad start, but once the installer was here, he did an excellent job. So far, I’m very pleased with the results. No more hard water.

The salesman, Michael, took enough time to explain the product compared to the one I was using. He was not pushy, just honest and knowledgeable. The installer, Destin, was clean and very neat about his work. He also explained how the product worked and how to take care of it. Both people were exceptionally kind and friendly with goodwill. I would value these employees as very trustworthy.
Love the system, but it took 3 trips for the plumber to get under ground pipe to stop leaking. Hole is still not filled in due to wet weather.
Very happy with entire process from sales to instillation of a Leaf whole house water system. Everyone that I had contact with directly or via phone were pleasant, professional and thoroughly responded to my questions. Jeff from sales was very helpful providing the right information that helped me pick the system that met my needs. Matt and his son did an efficient job of instillation and complete explanation of function and scheduled maintenance.
Steve Powers was our installer and he did a fantastic job. Everything looked STRAK when he was done with the R/O system and the H20 filtration for the house. Everything was labeled and explained. So far, So good. Time will tell if they stand up to the solution.
Amazing customer service and great water! Adam was our representative. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. He was very happy to answer all of our questions. Red installed our unit. He was very polite and was super quick with the installation. We will definitely be recommending leaf to people!
my installer was Rob Rossetter . he was on time and explained the installiation process. I showed him the crazy plumbing that was previously done 30 years ago by an amateur. He was able to figure out the best way to plumb up the water filters and proceeded to install. He is a great employee for the Leaf water solution company.
They treat there customers like family
Had to make multiple trips for additional parts. Took over 8 hours. Original install was not as discuss with sales rep. Refused to install correctly until sales was contacted. Installed under sink r/o system, when water pressure was restored my kitchen & cabinet were flooded when fitting was not correctly connected & separated.
Reached out to Leaf Home Water Solutions. They came out, gave us an estimate and installed our system the same day. Our water in Florida is dreadful. We can now shower and drink without worry. However, do not believe them if they say that their system will remove fluoride, which was very important to me. A carbon based system CANNOT. So, we installed an RO system after the installed Leaf system to catch the fluoride on the drinking water. So, with all the chemicals removed for showering, the ph fixed, the solids filtered, and the fluoride removed by our RO system, we are happy. We have solved our Florida condo water problem.
