We set up an appointment to get our water tested with Johnathan who arrived on time. We then scheduled a date for the install. Brenton T. arrived on time and was very knowledgeable with our system to be installed and completed the install in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. From the start of our request to time of completion it was only a matter of 72 hours. Great job and well done from both workers!! I highly recommend them.
If you have the best product and service, why do you need to use high pressure sales tactics? Our salesman in the Cincinnati OH area, Dean Richards prodded my husband into signing a contract after I left the house for an appointment. My husband is 73 and being treated for a serious aggressive illness. He is not in a position to make this decision alone. I called Dean to cancel the contract and he tried to talk me into not canceling or to do it in another couple of days. My level of trust is now zero and I will not do business with this company. He showed complete disregard for my input and just wanted the sale. He took advantage of a senior citizen and veteran and that is regrettable and the reason he is not getting our business.
Mark Buccitelli was such a wealth of knowledge and trustworthy. He educated us about what is in our water and what to look out for. He did not oversell but was honest in the assessment of our situation and most importantly he listened to our concerns and provided a solution to meet all of our needs.
Calvin came and provided us all the options in a professional and easy to understand manner. Once we made our decision, the installation was quick and efficient. Spencer, the installer, was professional, very pleasant and did a great job!

Patrick was the service tech who installed my water system and he was very professional and took his time to explain how the water system functions.

We are very pleased with the company and the resulting product. The sales consultant, Daniel Derubertis explained everything as he was doing the water testing, and what the results were. We knew we have very hard water already. He gave us the history of the company and what we should expect and what was the best product for us. They were able to install the water treatment system in a very timely manner with little disruption. The installer, Babe Bird, was professional and very thorough with the explanation of how the machine functioned. The best part is the results we now have with our water! The lack of smell from the well water was the first thing we noticed right away. I now use less laundry soap and the clothes even smell cleaner. I use less dish soap and shampoo and there is no more limescale and rust buildup on my dishes and appliances. We highly suggest Leaf Home Water Solutions.

Steven who had a great sounding accent (I believe he said that he was from somewhere in Africa). He did an outstanding job installing the water system. Not a hint of a water leak anywhere. From the beginning of the contact to the installation of our new water filtration system was top notch. I believe we were listened to and only sold the devices we really needed and nothing more. The installer was a wonderful young man and solved some problems that he ran into very professionally. We only had the system installed for one day but we are very happy so far!
The water test made me see just how bad my water was. I have had several kinds of cancer and one is being linked to the water. The install was fast and they explained everything before they did any work.
Installer was 45 minutes late from the time he called and said he would be here. He was coming from the warehouse and as soon as he took the equipment downstairs he said he forgot a major part and would have to go back to the warehouse one hour away so he would come back Saturday morning between 8:30 and 9:00. No call and no show. I talked to salesman and told him I did not want the same installer doing my job. Other installers came out on Monday and installed equipment.
Our conversation with the retail sales agent, Tom McGrath was excellent. He told us and showed us what we could expect and why we needed what he recommended. The installation visit went very well and the financing arrangement couldn’t have been any better. This is a major expense, but it was handled very well
BUYER BEWARE!!! We recently contacted Leaf Home Systems — yes, the same people that do gutter guards — for a salt-free water treatment system. The salesman told us their system would give us, at the least, the same quality water as we currently had without having to deal with lifting and purchasing salt. To make a truly long story was short as possible, he didn’t know what he was talking about. The installer cut the supply lines without turning the water off which flooded half the garage, the entire boiler room and the entire mud room. (I have idea how much damage was done to items in the garage because of the flood.). We went back to hard water and bacterial iron filling up out our water lines, toilets, and appliances. I called for service and the service tech said they should never have sold us the system we were sold. I asked for the unit to be removed and I would have the previous system reinstalled. Now the fun began. Their customer service consists of one telephone number that is answered by very nice women who can take a message and forward it to the appropriate party who don’t call back ever. It took several calls to get them out to remove their system. It took more calls to have the financing reversed and refund one payment I made to the finance company. (I called and spoke to the finance company to dispute Leaf’s charges). It got to the point where I called everyday for a week with threats to call 2 times a day if no one answered. Finally someone (Michael Hines, operations manager for southeast MI and northern Ohio) called me the day I looked at the finance company’s website and saw charges had been reversed and a credit processed. I then requested a refund for the nearly $500 charge to reinstall my previous system. Several weeks went by with many calls and emails to Mr Hines with no responses. I finally threatened to go to the TV stations. Got a call today from another person who promised and did look into my request to get reimbursed for the reinstall. He did call back and told me that Leaf refuses to reimburse us. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am sure there are companies out there that do the same work with better customer service. Please do not get taken like we almost were.
