On time, courteous and professional. Got the job done. The only the installer didn’t do was come inside and check different faucets to see if thingslooked normal. When I went to take bath that evening, my tub was full of sediment and the water was dark gray. After running water off and on for ten to fifteen minutes at a time,I was having same problem. Called customer service and explained what was happening. Sent someone out and he took care of the issue. I am completely happy with my system and know in the future if I have an issue they will respond quickly.

Donny the Salesman was very professional and personable. He made himself available whenever I contacted him, and answered all of my questions throughly and accurately. He made sure we received every discount available, making it much easier on our budget. Pearlie & Vernon the Installers were very professional and personable as well. They took their time with the installation to ensure that everything was working properly. We are very pleased with their work. We had horrible, dirty well water and the SIM system they installed has given us a much purier water experience. Donny made a wonderful recommendation of which system to choose. We are very happy with our new Leaf Home Water system.

I called to schedule an estimate and they showed up quickly. Trevor was great and answered all my questions and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. Installation was scheduled for the next morning. Babe bird showed up on time and did a great job on the installation. He was quick and clean and showed how to use the new water softner system.

I want to thank you for getting involved with my problem with Leaf Home Water Solutions. Today, 2/10/2025, Jerry came out with the Jacksonville office and serviced our system. Jerry took the time to explain the system the best I could understand it. When we bought this system, we were sold on yearly service of $150.00 and that is what we were charged today. I appreciate both the BBB and Leaf for living up to their word and hopefully, we can continue a working relationship. Although Jerry could not guarantee this price for yearly service, I hope that we can receive service like he provided us today at a reasonable price. We were sold on this price and hopefully that company will honor their commitment to us. Please withdraw our complaint as they have come through with their promise to us.

The call to support was due to the water softener system drain issues. The solution provided is a dry well bu it is not deep enough nor large enough to work here. A simple rinse will result is water spraying in the yard. If a regeneration cycle happens, I will have brine wash sprayed all over my yard resulting in dead grass. Service said reason is the ground is wet and that is the reason even though the yard has not been watered in weeks. Service offered a french drain as an option but I had to supply needed items for the install. Currently have no solution for the problem and may have dead grass soon...

Tony was punctual, informative and friendly. System is very easy maintenance and doesn’t take up much room. We look forward to our new clean water.

The Leaf Home Water System installer was punctual with a professional attitude. He was both a great installer and system teacher. I appreciated the help learning and understanding the system.

Ocean Isle Beach, NC. I love my new water system. As a cancer survivor I need to insure I drink the cleanest water possible. With the Leaf system I feel I am getting the cleanest water possible and I don’t have to purchase bottled water anymore which helps the environment as well. Patrick my installer was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done in order to get my system installed. I enjoyed meeting CJ who was very professional when explaining the system.

Couple of great, informative guys came here. I do wish someone would come show us the difference the system we bought actually is doing its job. I didn’t read it any where that this would happen. I guess we’re to just “trust” the process.

the installer seemed competent and agreeable to moving the old equipment to the curb. I wish he could have just taken the old with him!! We where not told that we needed to run all of the faucets until the water ran clear. The warranty info was wrong. I had to call and get it straitened out.

Installation was fairly quick and easy, and my home was left clean and in order.

I feel like I got scammed. Seller was pushy and said he drove 2 hour so I would feel bad for him , don't wanna leave my house until I agree to purchase. He asked me to give him the price I wanted and agreed to my monthly deal as negotiated with 8% interest rate to trick me to purchase the system and boom , the bank called me with a higher monthly payment and 13.9% interest rate. After I contacted him , he said there's nothing he could do about it and made excuse that he just came back to the company so he doesn't know how everything works. Guess I was too naive to be tricked , will never recommend anyone.
