I engaged with Leading.uk three years ago to close down my limited company, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The level of unresponsiveness from their staff has been particularly disheartening, with email replies taking up to six weeks in some instances. The process of closing down my company dragged on due to what I can only describe as incompetence on their part. The inefficiency of their staff prolonged the procedure, making it an ordeal rather than a streamlined process. To make matters worse, the cash distribution, which I paid for, is yet to be fully completed. Dealing with Leading.uk has been one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I've encountered. Their lack of expertise and apparent confusion about the necessary procedures have made me question their ability to handle such critical matters. Based on my ordeal, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to explore alternative options. There are undoubtedly more competent and reliable companies available that can provide a smoother and more professional experience.

Very poor and spasmodic communication It’s already a stressful process. This was made worse by continually being passed from one person to another. There were long gaps between communication and a lack of understanding of the difficult circumstances of the company directors.

my 'Liquidation' is now over 18 months. not including the goal post change by the company of 'when' they decide the liquidation starts. AVOID. Bad communicators, bad at their jobs, very bad for business. I am so surprised any company can work like this. when you are used to an industry that delivers high quality work in a speedy and professional manner. It seems extraordinary that Leading survive as a company.
I was finding it very difficult to obtain good advice on how to progress with my company. After 20 years of trading, one unpalatable option I was considering was a CVL. I reached out to Leading for advice. I spoke with Claire Pitt one of Leading's Business Managers. Brilliant and exactly what I needed. Claire was responsive, personable, supportive, professional, very knowledgeable and (most importantly) she wasn't scared to tell me what I needed to know - even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear! In some respects brutal but good advice and what I needed to be told - if that makes sense. The outcome of this early, responsive, open and professional advice from Leading is that it has prevented me from taking my company into liquidation which would not have been the right option for me. From the first call till now all staff have been helpful in explaining each step. As far as I can remember everything is done online to save time and speed up the process.

What a total shambles, by far the worst communication and the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Very misleading and full of empty promises, they do not have your best interest at heart, you have been warned, would rate Zero stars if i could, huge dissapointment.
