KURU Footwear

I've been searching many web sites looking to some foot wear that will help me with the pain in my feet. I have been looking at your site and I have to admit I'm a bit overwhelmed by all of the information that is not only on your site but others as well. I did seek professional help from a podiatrist but with no success so I'm out on my own in the hopes I will find foot wear to help me.

I'm so excited to get my new shoes. The help I got over the phone when i accidentally ordered the wrong size online was so wonderful. Everyone at Kuru is friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.

I have called customer service 3 times now and each time you have been so appreciative that i gave Kuru shoes a chance.. you have been helpful with each call. First 2 calls helping me order the right shoe and size for me.. 3rd time was help with my 2nd orders tracking. Best customer service i have had in a long time! Thank you.. very pleasant and helpful and no hold time even!! Wow!

I was referred to KURU's by a friend. I ordered a pair of slip-ons and a pair of sneakers. They were both too small. Ordered the next size bigger, they came, and are perfect. Contacted KURU's to return 1st order. Couldn't have been easier!! Representative was very upbeat, knowledgeable, and helpful. Took a couple of minutes, I dropped them of at my local UPS, easy-peasy!!!

Great customer service

The Muse sandal is amazing for walking. I took them with me as my only shoes (other than sneakers) during a three-week trip to the UK, and they served me well for long days of school sightseeing--and never a blister or sore point. (I wore them around home for a couple weeks before leaving, just to be sure.) As a result, I bought the brown pair when I returned home.

I needed to update my shipping address and the response time was incredibly fast. Very polite people to work with and it was a pleasure communicating with them via email. I cannot wait to get my new shoes and I am sure I will be sharing the experince with the service and the shoes with everyone I know.

I have been wearing Kuru shoes since 2020. The shoes have saved my life! The new designs I love! My new retro 70s sneakers look sweet! I will continue to support Kuru because the quality holds up and I trust customer service! Only have had one issue with my shoes and customer service was top notch! Keep up the good work.

I like their merchandise (I think very expensive)and when I was experiencing an issue with a return I called and spoke to Karen who was very helpful on the phone is resolving my issue.

1. English was spoken!!! 2. The rep I spoke with was super knowledgeable and friendly. 3. I loved the shoes but had to go with a different one I purchased. 4. Can't wait for my replacement to arrive. 5. I would so recommend these shoes.

Received my new while shoes that were very dirty. I reached out to customer support and right away they helped me exchange them for a new pair.

I love the sandals. My husband said he has never had a better shoe and sandal in his life and it improves his quality of life. He can walk for longer and the support actually is helping him heal faster
