The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare
There is now a ninth access request so far this year this time for a house inspection. I can't work at my career/ job. Then as i'm tidying up for a house inspection they send me a a rent invoice even though i paid my rent three weeks early. They have toxicated my e mail inbox. And i can't work due to never ending access requests. There e mails to me are horrible.
The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over. I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations

I've just sold my late mother's house through Keenans Bury office. The valuation was realistic and the service excellent. Both Emily & Melissa kept me updated with progress and were available throughout the sale process. Thank you to all involved for making it such a quick and easy sale.

Keenans have been consistently good performers as letting agents and property managers. I've had very few issues; my property and tenant are well managed, and their processes are relatively stress free. I've recently been working with Joe W on contract renewal. He’s been very efficient and professional. Only room for improvement is updates and follow up. Keenans are excellent at informing you when issues occur and assisting in finding a solution, but sometimes it can take a prompt to find out if there has been progress or if works have been completed. However, when asked, I’ve always had a quick and professional response.

Apparently advised our landlord to keep our deposit as there is an unpaid electric bill. The bill is in dispute with EDF because they haven't been applying money to our account. But they have advised our landlord to keep our money. Sharks! Be very careful.

Emma and the team at Swinton were excellent from start to finish. We had a lot of issues crop up during the purchase of our first home and we genuinely don’t think this purchase would have happened without the effort and dedication from Emma and the team. Our solicitor let us down a lot, but Emma and the team stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream home! We found Emma to be extremely knowledgable and she explained everything to us in detail, which was needed given this was our first home. Emma worked tirelessly and answered our queries, no matter what time of day and even stayed late quite often just to make sure things were moving. We were kept updated throughout the process, which we really needed given our Solicitors weren’t that helpful. The client care and pro activity was excellent. We had a loss in the family during the process and Emma was so kind and helpful. We even received some flowers from the team. It was great to know we were in such good hands whilst we were going through such a difficult time. We can’t recommend the team at Keenan’s Swinton enough. Thank you to Matt, who showed us round the house numerous times and even gave us some good tips on DIY! To to all the ladies in the office; Kayleigh, Ellie, Nikki, Georgia thank you for the support it was amazing! You always responded to our queries promptly and were extremely helpful. It has been a very stressful time trying to find a place as quick as possible and it was all made possible by Callum from Keenan’s, he was so very helpful and I could tell he was trying everything he could to help us out to the best of his ability and now everything has been sorted and I couldn’t be happier. I found Keenan's to be very professional from the outset. The quality of the photographs online was excellent and James did a good job of the escorted viewings. Aaron and Nicole liaised with me with feedback after every viewing, and after any conversations with the purchaser and solicitors. They also phoned me on a weekly basis so I always felt that I was kept in the loop. I can highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We can not praise the team at Rochdale Keenans enough.Aaron,Nicole and James were professional,courteous and eager to help. Ours wasn't an easy sale and at times we were ready to call it a day.Without the teams encouragement we probably would have. Calls and queries were dealt with promptly,nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend the Rochdale team and would have no hesitation using Keenans again.

Moved out of a rental property no communication regards getting my deposit back. Rang up, emailed and eventually got hold of someone Joe who then didn't ring back for 2 days chased them again and said he isn't dealing with it Alison is who never got in touch with me. Would never use Keenans to sell/buy or rent a property again.

I want to thank the Swinton Branch for their excellent professional service they provided me an my family in selling our late mother's house. Shirley and Simon held our hands throughout the difficult decision to sell, the valuation process, and viewings, we couldn't have got through without your help and guidance. The whole team worked really hard throughout the difficult probate slog. Keyleigh was always on the go arranging viewings, Nicky never gave up through the sale process, always chasing solicitors right up to the completion.
