The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare
There is now a ninth access request so far this year this time for a house inspection. I can't work at my career/ job. Then as i'm tidying up for a house inspection they send me a a rent invoice even though i paid my rent three weeks early. They have toxicated my e mail inbox. And i can't work due to never ending access requests. There e mails to me are horrible.
The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over. I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations
Keenan’s have been brilliant. Harry, Jack, Sam and all the team have been amazing from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they just get the job done. Thank you all for being so lovely and professional. Caroline Corteen

Warning for both buyers and sellers - due to how sloppy and blatant liars these folks are, you are due to lose money along the way. We’ve placed an offer for a flat advertised as coming with a storage unit and parking, only to find out after the solicitors started their work that neither are actually included in the lease. We’ve informed them and there was no reply - no apologies, no attempts to renegociate, nothing. We actually had a red flag early on when two of the estate agents confirmed heating in the flat exists and is working, and only after we made it a condition to the offer to admit that they actually do not know if it works at all. Be careful, absolute time wasters

I would like to add big thank you to all Keenan’s partners and family members who are listing houses and flats for your loved ones to get better shelter to live with your loved ones and I would definitely recommend others to reunite with the family members of Keenan’s group but specially Keenan’s Bury because main reason is Women power and building your dream houses and other sort of family homes from single brick to big skyscrapers but other Keenan’s family members are not able to get in touch with the people and families who live there to get a better sense of understanding with their families maybe they are busy in different sort of businesses. If your registered disabled DO NOT GO TO VIEW. They look you up and down, they judge you, and say they will send a email to apply. But the email never comes they are very stuck up and think there above the rest. I will never deal with these again.

Keenans replied to my prior review saying "Compliance" was an issue when it was not. All Compliance issues were sorted up to 24 October. As for Valuation, another reason Keenans gave for withdrawing under criticism? Never discussed Valuation in four weeks of dealing with Keenans. A bizarre and unexplained sequence of events if ever. Buyer beware...

I’ve enquired on a few properties for sale as I have just got my mortgage certificate and looking to purchase my first house I was recommended to use Keenan’s however after phoning and leaving a voicemail, messaging on whattsapp and leaving an enquiry on right move no one’s got in touch with me at all.

the worst estate agents going, unprofessional, rude and lies, we have enquired about several properties and always get told there are no more viewings or they have several offers, we enquired about a property this week and got told it was still available and they would get someone from the Rochdale office to call us back this never happened we just got an email back saying there was offers on the property always excuses from this company, the staff are rude tell lies and never return your calls, i feel that we are being discriminated against because we have had to complain, the owners of this estate agents need to get things sorted as i am now considering going to the ombudsman about them, the managers always cover things up. i will guarantee if i am lucky enough to get a reply they will use there famous words WE DON'T SEEM TO HOLD YOUR CONTACT DETAILS OR NO RECORD OF YOU.
