Emma and the team at Swinton were excellent from start to finish. We had a lot of issues crop up during the purchase of our first home and we genuinely don’t think this purchase would have happened without the effort and dedication from Emma and the team. Our solicitor let us down a lot, but Emma and the team stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream home! We found Emma to be extremely knowledgable and she explained everything to us in detail, which was needed given this was our first home. Emma worked tirelessly and answered our queries, no matter what time of day and even stayed late quite often just to make sure things were moving. We were kept updated throughout the process, which we really needed given our Solicitors weren’t that helpful. The client care and pro activity was excellent. We had a loss in the family during the process and Emma was so kind and helpful. We even received some flowers from the team. It was great to know we were in such good hands whilst we were going through such a difficult time. We can’t recommend the team at Keenan’s Swinton enough. Thank you to Matt, who showed us round the house numerous times and even gave us some good tips on DIY! To to all the ladies in the office; Kayleigh, Ellie, Nikki, Georgia thank you for the support it was amazing! You always responded to our queries promptly and were extremely helpful.
