Avoid This Company at All Costs! I purchased a bundle of drill bits and an e-file totaling £300. Within six months, the drill broke down during a service. The company blamed me, accusing me of dropping or mishandling the drill. I handle my equipment with the utmost care as it is my livelihood. After some back and forth, I paid £29.99 for a repair and £8.99 for shipping, only for the drill to break down again less than a month later. The customer service I received was appalling. They repeatedly tried to blame me for their faulty products and offered no resolution whatsoever. It's clear that the company is unwilling to admit fault and is only interested in keeping your money. I requested a refund as I no longer want to be associated with this brand and need to buy another e-file. This request was denied. It became apparent through conversation that their warranty is non-existent. Additionally, the drill bits are of extremely poor quality. It's clear they are cheaply manufactured, branded with the company's logo, and sold at a high price for what is essentially rubbish. Having been in the industry for over five years, I have never encountered such an incompetent, unsupportive, and obnoxious company. Save your time and money—avoid this company!
My parcel was lost in very strange circumstances by the parcel shop which I had selected for the efile and attachments to be delivered too. Customer service were superb at getting back to me promptly and got me all of the tracking information I need to prove that the parcel had been received by the parcel shop. After I was then reimbursed the customer service agent raised a sale so that I could purchase at a discounted price as I had purchased during a sale and a further £20 off and also some extra new attachments! Couldn't be happier with how well they communicated with me and that they gave me an even bigger discount than I originally had even though it was not there fault the parcel disappeared. Can't wait to receive my efile 😊. Thanks so much again to customer service!

Absolutely amazing company! ALL of my nail tools are from them. If I have ever had any issue they have always been so helpful! I'll give some examples. I dropped my scissors and broke them. It was my fault. I didn't expect a replacement for my error. I explained this to them and said I needed a pair asap for me to use the next day... they were so helpful, In this nail tech emergency (which is not really the end of the world is it) I paid for next day and had them there in the morning. Literally the quickest delivery they could do and they did! Next thing I dropped (yes I'm that clumsy) was my efile and wow the customer service and turn around to fix this was so good! I sent my hand peice back. They fixed it and returned it. It was at my expense because I broke it. But that's expected! It was MY fault that it broke because I'm THAT clumsy! Katie, Andy & the whole KB team are the best and I'll scream it from the rooftops! Accidents happen with tools, they aren't built to withstand EVERYTHING!! It's like dropping a glass on the floor and expecting it not to smash lol. Would you take it back to the shop and say sorry that's too delicate for me I want a refund, it broke too easily. Even though YOU broke it. Make that make sense. Anyway... I would give this company 100 stars if I could. NEVER had ANY issues (only my own clumsiness and im working on that) and they are always there at the end of an email to help where ever they can. Oh and since I had my efile repaired and I replaced my scissors, both well over a year ago... I have had NO problems what so ever! Brilliant company, exceptional customer service and just lovely people!

I have used Katie Barnes Tool Range for a few years now. I absolutely love every tool that is released and it’s safe to say I have every item! I love the quality of the tools. They are so precise and sharp resulting in the best nail prep! I highly recommend to anyone!
i am truly disgusted with the reviews i have read! people having issues with couriers and deliveries is NOT down the company you have purchased from. taking KB to small claims court, for what???? you people need to take some time, have some caffeine, and review your life choices. I nd alongside many many others have had 100% pure fantastic customer service, products, communications, deliveries, etc etc from Katie Barnes Tool range and academy. I will ALWAYS recommend them to EVERYONE i know, and i will also recommend to EACH AND EVERY BAD REVIEW LEFT that you take a deep breath, think about what your writing and email the company before you start a witch hunt.
I have used Katie’s tools for around four years now, they are absolutely incredible. My first pair of cuticle scissors is still going now, so good! I have recently invested in their E-File too, after using Melody Susie for years and it is UNREAL. So quite and light weight, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my nail tools.
I have many products from the Katie Barnes tool range, infact all my cuticle prep and efile bits are from this company. I cannot fault them at all. All bits and tools work as they should do giving great results to my clients manicures. Really pleased with my experience with this company as always
Love this company!! Wanted to buy my wife new nail tools and a course as a surprise and without professional knowledge I didn't know what was what!' I contacted Katie Barnes academy and the staff were so helpful, understanding and friendly and my wife was so happy with her new e-file, she states is the best she has ever used! Highly recommend to any partner or a nail professional!!!
