Fantastic products worth every penny from lowest price to the highest price you get what you pay for. Products always come wrapped and beautiful packaged and you don’t have to wait long for delivery. Over the last couple of months I've been able to move all my tools over to kb,the quality of her products really are outstanding,the new light is a no brainer the covrage you get especially with the 2 side lights on is excellent no shadows,easily moves lots of light brightness which is also fab if you suffer with migraines as theres no flashing and you can independently turn the side lights of but keep the main on,the e-file wow I've never used one as smooth & quite (i was mesmerised by this & the drill bits ) ,the hand piece is nice & light it just fits perfect,when using i have to check it is on as its that quite no vibrations at all and the battey lasts forever,the efile drill bits wow I've never used bits as smooth which cut through like butter with no pressure at all from your hand they just glide,i adore the new skinny range as you really can get into those tiny places with ease plus you can see the nail plate so much better using the skinny bits,all in all kb tool range really is a elite range that gets your nail game out of this world 🩷

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I purchased this product just over a month ago and used it once. Shortly after, it began malfunctioning. As an international customer making my first purchase with this company, I had high expectations—especially considering the premium price point. When the issue began, I followed every request from customer service: I sent videos, photos, and detailed explanations. I spent weeks, which is a considerable amount of time, going back and forth, clearly outlining the issue and asking—pleading, even—for the level of customer service one would expect with a high-end product and certainly not how I would ever treat one of my clients. Unfortunately, instead of being offered a replacement or proper support, I was told I would need to pay nearly $50 (plus international shipping) for a part they believe may have malfunctioned. Keep in mind, this device was used once with Extreme care. The entire experience has left me frustrated and incredibly disappointed. I felt unheard and undervalued as a customer. This was my first purchase with the company—and sadly, it will be my last. Please buyer beware.
