Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. What a life changing experience these amazing people have done for me. Firstly they was recommended by a friend who had used them and he the same had an outstanding final settlement, from start to finish they have been incredible, david himself always made me feel comfortable as it was a long case but not once did i worry. I cannot speak highly enough about the professional, caring and empathetic service we received from Oliver. From the very first contact, Oliver listened carefully to our fears and reticence over making an industrial injuries claim against a company that had been an employer and personal friend of our father for many years. I first made contact with Irwin Mitchell on behalf of my dad for a negligence claim. The advice and support from then on has been excellent, professional, honest and delivered in a personable and empathetic manner.
