Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

I have sought help from Irwin Mitchell on two separate occasions and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone requiring legal assistance. The entire IM team works as a unit so I could always rely on having help at arms length, through absences and holidays. I would particularly recommend working with Jennifer Pollock and Charlotte Watson from the family team. They also came highly recommended by Hayley Trim, who I had the pleasure of working with earlier. Both Jennifer and Charlotte have helped me on a long complex case, working meticulously and providing sound advice every step of the way. Although the process has been slow and many documents have needed to be re-submitted due to regular changes to who was handling my case, once Habeeb Malik took over my case things progressed much faster and a settlement was swiftly agreed. Habeeb gave great advice and despite the defendant initially rejecting my claim, Habeeb was able to persuade them to settle out of court for a sum that was acceptable to both parties.
