Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

Having to make a claim against the NHS for negligence is the last thing I imagined 5 years ago that our family would ever have to do… & it was certainly not anything I would have wanted to do without professional support. My divorce has been the darkest chapter of my life. I moved to Irwin Mitchell from another solicitor because I felt completely unsupported there. Sarah and Emily-Jo (from Irwin Mitchell) were there with me every step of the way. They make a great team. I really felt they were on my side. They were honest with me, flexible, really able to understand where I was coming from. They explained things to me in a way I could understand. To keep costs down, I acted as a Litigant in Person. But whenever I panicked because I didn't understand something, they were always there, calmly steering me in the right direction. Sarah's ability to write my proposal, after just a couple of meetings, was truly skilled. It was like she had lived my experience. My situation was not great from the outset. I am an older woman, and there wasn't a lot of money to share out in the divorce. But, with Sarah and Emily-Jo's support, I have, I believe, achieved pretty much the best outcome I could have done, under the circumstances. I have used Irwin Mitchell over 12 years in handling a complex personal injury claim for my son. Richard Biggs has been with us throughout this, he provided superb advice and sourced excellent counsel. Between them we have ultimately reached a highly satisfactory settlement with insurers - while this can't change the injury it is life changing for my son to have this available for the future.
