Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

Last year my wife passed away whilst in a mental health hospital. Initially, the NHS Trust tried to justify the circumstances and did not seem to acknowledge their failings in keeping my wife safe. So without Irwin Mitchell's help, the family would not have got the answers we deserved. The Irwin Mitchell team (Thomas Riss-Bristow, Larrisa Harpley & Adam Wisman) were brilliant from the start helping to gather all the required evidence, liaising with the Coroners office and the NHS legal representatives and then supporting the family during a week-long Inquest and the following legal discussions that came after. The team was professional, compassionate, and caring throughout the process. I would highly recommend Tom and the team as they were key in helping us to get answers during these traumatic times.

Stephanie Kerr was recommended to me as I was dealing with a difficult question relating to probate and a discretionary trust fund being managed by a family member who was making excessive demands for information of a private and personal nature. I had already been faced with significant delays, moreover the situation was producing a great deal of personal and emotional distress making communication between the executor and myself particularly fraught. The solicitor’s insight and legal expertise proved to be essential in finding the optimal approach to resolving this issue. She was sensitive to the nature of this type of family difficulty, and particularly effective in resolving an emotionally charged and complex legal situation without recourse to litigation.
