Service - Professional with Empathy
I first made contact with Irwin Mitchell on behalf of my dad for a negligence claim. The advice and support from then on has been excellent, professional, honest and delivered in a personable and empathetic manner. I worked with Priya Saddington-Poole and she kept us updated throughout the claim and explained each of the steps to my dad. The costs were transparent and we were kept updated regularly on this aspect of the case. Sadly when my dad passed away before an outcome of the case, Priya was a true support to me and my family and it was bittersweet and very emotional when Priya called us with the outcome that she had negotiated for us after a lot of challenges!
