Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. When my daughter’s Disability Living Allowance (DLA) payments were suddenly stopped, we were informed by the DWP that she was no longer entitled to receive them. This caused us a great deal of concern and distress. What made the experience great was the attentive work by Natalia Rushworth-White and her support team. The promised results were delivered and results exceeded expectations. Should a similar situation arise in the future requiring the services of this specific team we would have no hesitation in using specifically NRW and team again. The reason this is 4 star and not 5 star is that whilst Natalia took maternity leave, the service provided from Natalia's stand in was very poor with little done for the whole period of the maternity leave. This needs to be addressed, not by Natalia and team who were brilliant, but by the company to ensure adequate professional expertise and service are on hand to deliver as expected in a timely manner.

My impression with the way my query was handled.. I had an appointment scheduled upfront for which i wanted to send a summary of my case. The call centre girl was very insecure, not very knowledgable, couldn't find my scheduled appointment and ended up putting the phone down on me while waiting. If it was a "line cut off" she would have called back and apologised. The person at the scheduled appointment the day after was very nice and considerate. Agreed to have me send my case summary but as she couldn't open it, decided that it is best to decline my case. Which is ok, they have every right to decline cases. I however am entitled to my experience, and compared to other law firms I have contacted, Irwin Mitchell probably due to their large company size and having call centre people made the whole interaction/experience unpleasant/unpersonable, factory like.
