Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

Irwin Mitchell produced a highly professional will for myself and my husband. I had made an error on the first draft with my daughters surname (she got married) I was so worried but when I emailed to explain they replied quickly and said no worries we will amend it. So easy and free to me but I bequeathed £1000 to Mc Millan cancer charity who helped my sister when her husband was at the end of life

My first solicitor for Irwin Mitchell was a little disappointing, I really didn’t feel the case was important enough for her. As soon as Rowen took over, this all changed! She was very invested in me personally, to make sure everything was thought out and recognised that there were things that I hadn’t been able to do because of the negligence, like working around the house. Everything was then included and I really felt like she did everything that she could to make sure the claim was fair. She was very approachable, if I had any questions or worries. She spent time to answer everything and make sure I knew exactly what was happening and why. If Rowen was on the job from the start, there would be 5 stars
