My impression with the way my query was…
My impression with the way my query was handled.. I had an appointment scheduled upfront for which i wanted to send a summary of my case. The call centre girl was very insecure, not very knowledgable, couldn't find my scheduled appointment and ended up putting the phone down on me while waiting. If it was a "line cut off" she would have called back and apologised. The person at the scheduled appointment the day after was very nice and considerate. Agreed to have me send my case summary but as she couldn't open it, decided that it is best to decline my case. Which is ok, they have every right to decline cases. I however am entitled to my experience, and compared to other law firms I have contacted, Irwin Mitchell probably due to their large company size and having call centre people made the whole interaction/experience unpleasant/unpersonable, factory like.
