Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

My family and I were represented by Oliver Collett and his team at the Leeds office of Irwin Mitchell in relation to a claim against our father’s ex-employer for his exposure to asbestos in the workplace that led to his untimely death from mesothelioma. We cannot fault the service received, primarily from Oliver, and also the team behind the scenes. From start to finish communications were excellent. Oliver is extremely knowledgeable in the field of mesothelioma cases. His commitment to his cases is second to none. Oliver was very understanding and compassionate during an extremely difficult time as our father’s health failed and he sadly passed away during the legal process. Ultimately a successful result was achieved and rightly so. Although no one wants to be in this situation, I would highly recommend Irwin Mitchell’s representation following a mesothelioma diagnosis.
