Mesothelioma case represented by Oliver Collett
My family and I were represented by Oliver Collett and his team at the Leeds office of Irwin Mitchell in relation to a claim against our father’s ex-employer for his exposure to asbestos in the workplace that led to his untimely death from mesothelioma. We cannot fault the service received, primarily from Oliver, and also the team behind the scenes. From start to finish communications were excellent. Oliver was very understanding and compassionate during an extremely difficult time as our father’s health failed and he sadly passed away during the legal process.
