The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Coverage checker says I should get 5g. I rarely even get 4g. Calls drop out consistently and I am now at the point of buying out my contract. If you go on the ID Mobile forums this is not isolated and is a widespread problem on this network

Official complaint - for reply Complaints Reference 456311420 1. Constant outages over last two years, unable to make/receive calls and texts, loss of data 2. No communication from idmobile regarding loss of services 3. No refund or compensation from idmobile. Told by your staff you have to phone to in to get a refund. How can you phone in if you have no service? 4. Told cannot end contact - contract expires 13th August 2025 as confirmed from your so called customer service department 5. You staff claim to be in UK, but unable to state location in UK Why would a customer want to stay with you given the above? Complaints Reference 456311420

No service for over 16 hours for the 2nd time in less than a year. Calls dropping and people unable to hear me, even their customer services which is a joke. They offered me £5 which is disgraceful seeing as I rely on my phone for work and being in contact with my mother who I am the sole carer for. Their attitude to customers is awful, no care at all. I never thought a company could make Sky look good but these lot managed it!

Shocking service if you have an issue. I'm been unable to receive calls for more than a week and continuously get passed to the technical team who appears to do absolutely nothing. They've now logged a formal complaint on my behalf with a resolution time of....another week! Stay well clear!

Bought a sim only deal after an assurance that coverage in my area was 'good'. Unfortunately it is non-existent. I feel completely misled. trying to resolve matters thereafter was a nightmare and is ongoing! Poor provider, bad comms, false assurances and purposefully difficult when trying to resolve matters. Best to avoid
