The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

I loved this service initially, it's comparatively cheap. But once again I have been left without access to phone or texts for a whole day. I cannot log onto ID Mobile to find out what's wrong as the app isn't working and there is no useful info or messages anywhere. This has happened too many times, it's absolutely disgusting. Never any compensation, never any useful updates of any use and thousands of people unable to speak to family (my son is in Australia and currently only able to talk to me via voice calls - long story - but today he has rung three times and I haven't been able to answer. Heart-breaking, I've no idea what he wants to say), doctors or any other of the many reasons that people pay for a mobile contact that includes phone calls. Existing users - we need compensation and to change providers. Everyone else - do not use!

2nd day into a new contract & network has been down all day. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as the website is up & running again.

99% coverage yet I mainly have 1 bar of signal or nothing at all. Network down lots been customer for about 4 weeks wish sent back within the 14 days. Today Network down again got deadline to call back somewhere today but cant very helpful. Says log in to account or app both not working ether cant call customer service. Think I might id moblie be having technical issues when they come to take next direct debt.
