The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Problems .

I have been trying to get in touch with you for sometime my password won’t go through and I don’t want to continually change my password. I have had my phone checked and I’ve been told the problem with it is my provider. It tells people I’m engaged and then the next time they ring they can get through it would be great if you could address this and help me, I understand there has been problems with ID For some people getting calls and making calls. Thank you.

The service I received was over all…ok, quick at providing the phone ( not so good with the follow up)

The service I received was over all every good, however I did change phone providers as I was under the impression I was going to receive an Amazon voucher ( as I bought through Blue Light) and I am still waiting for my fit bit which under the terms of the contract I was getting. I did apply the required days after getting my phone….Had I known this before hand I would not have moved to yourselves.

The Company sent me an inactive SIM…

The Company sent me an inactive SIM card which left me unable to use either my new phone or old phone for a few days whilst they tried to activate it. I have been with O2 for many years, and the signal with ID Mobile is not as good.

Horrendous experience...moved thinking…

Horrendous experience...moved thinking I was getting a good deal! Intermittent signals and sometimes nothing! Sometimes had signal but phone would say I didnt have a registered network or would just do nothing when dialing! Missed various calls as I would get texts later in day. Very frustrating experience and now moving, never to return! I even struggled to get a text for my PAC code!

The worst customer service ever!

Having just moved to ID mobile. I found this the worst switch between networks I have ever had. It took me 3 days and with little to no support from ID. You cannot speak to anyone, it is all done via chat. It is extremely hard to connect to their chat system as it logs you out all the time and when you get through the service is extremely poor!!! Also the coverage service I get where I live and it n my journey to london is not good.

Does not work for me but thats my experience

Difficult or no way to contact customer service, reception wherever i go, UK or abroad poor, frustrating, stressful, not worth the money. I moved to IDMobile because roaming was offered free in Europe, not worth it. I will be switching back to EE, even might pay for the rest of my contract to move asap. I moved my brothers contract to them too, he hates it also, no reception at his home or when on the move or when at work. Same for me. False advertising.

Keep dropping signal

Keep dropping signal. Most calls I make at home, the other person on the call can not hear me? I have to mo e around rooms to get signal? I did not have this issue with my previous service provider.

Unacceptable

My direct debit bounced ...a £12 bill. Ruined my credit score. I spoke to an advisor saying they promised to ensure they take it off my credit file. She lied.
