Unreliable.
No service for over 16 hours for the 2nd time in less than a year. Calls dropping and people unable to hear me, even their customer services which is a joke. They offered me £5 which is disgraceful seeing as I rely on my phone for work and being in contact with my mother who I am the sole carer for. Their attitude to customers is awful, no care at all. I never thought a company could make Sky look good but these lot managed it!
