The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Worse contract experience ever

I took out a new phone contract at £58.99 with an upfront cost of £30. Cancelled it a few fats later because id seen a better deal online around £10 a month cheaper. Got told I was going to have to pay £1386 for aneurysm cancellation fee even though I was in my cooling off period. The phone cancelled after I'd sent it back and I went onto the live chat and spoke woth someone who informed me id get the upfront payment back , I wouldn't get charged the full monthly payment as id cancelled after a few days and I wouldn't have to pay the £1386, a few days later I was charged the full monthly payment and a few days after that they took the £1386 out of my bank account which I am still trying to get back and still not reviewed back the upfront payment either. So dar this contract has cost me £1474.99 and I only had it a few days.

Great prices, great service, HIGHLY recommend

I've been with ID Mobile for 2 years for my personal and business phone and all in all. I'm happy with everything! The prices I pay are unreal! Made me aware how much other phone companies make! Service has dropped a couple of times but nothing i haven't experienced with other phone providers! Highly recommend ID mobile to friend and family. Thank

Overall Very Very Poor Service & Comms

Very poor comms on network outage AND no comms at all on localised outages (I have never had so many issue with the vodafone network just dropping voice comms and recently data, have to google search to find out "sorry outage in your area). Additionally, as Three and Vodafone have merged the coverage is AWFUL. Presume ID like many "3rd party" providers have had their customers downgraded to oblivion... Never again Im afraid...

The very worst mobile provider in the world and great way of making money 💰 out of people for a service that doesn’t work and even worse that important services like hospitals 🏥 and doctors can’t even get hold of you All they want you to do is make Wi-Fi calls because it’s the only thing that works 🤔 well most of the time 🕰️ if you are on anything but ID mobile 📱 it is anyway 😆 Never 👎 ever again will I have a contract 📑 or anything like that with these bunch of useless cowboys 😑 can’t wait to go back to Vodafone 🤔 counting down the days until then Go somewhere else that provides you with what you pay 💰 for 😡

Nothing but issues.

I was a 3 customer for many years and at my last upgrade I changed to ID mobile. I've had nothing but issues ever since. I'm constantly losing connection and the service is terrible. I know ID use the 3 network but something must be going wrong. I'll be finding another provider when I am due to upgrade as its getting beyond a joke.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely horrendous experience. I took out a new contract with ID mobile after being lured away from Vodafone with an amazing deal. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Two weeks after I switched I still couldn’t send or receive messages and calls. After a couple of days of using the annoying and time consuming chat box I figured how to make calls and texts but not receive. After speaking to over 20 (no exaggeration) different people over 5 days, I escalated it to complaints department. They told me to wait 24-48 hours and it would be sorted. 48 hours later still not sorted. I was told it would be escalated to another team and would be another 24-48 hours but would definitely be sorted. Friday came around and still not receiving calls and texts - kind of the point of a telephone. I rang up - because they couldn’t call me - and was told another 24-48 hours but as it was “business days” I would be looking at the following Tuesday. I changed the sim off their advice - going out of my way to a Curry’s to get a new one and it didn’t solve the issue. After three weeks of giving them a chance I cancelled the contract and sent it back to them. I’m still waiting for a refund on the upfront cost, the return postage cost (which I was promised I would get back) and half the first months bill. God knows when I will see that. It is next to impossible to speak to an actual person on the phone. The chat is ridiculously frustrating as they do not listen to you, they are chatting to a million other people and just give you the same script even when you have told them it doesn’t work. I’ve spent hours and hours and hours everyday chasing people just wasting my time. I’d never recommend this company to anyone. I took out another contract with a different company (£2 more a month) and they done my switch over in 24hours, receiving and sending calls aswell.
