Worse contract experience ever
I took out a new phone contract at £58.99 with an upfront cost of £30. Cancelled it a few fats later because id seen a better deal online around £10 a month cheaper. Got told I was going to have to pay £1386 for aneurysm cancellation fee even though I was in my cooling off period. The phone cancelled after I'd sent it back and I went onto the live chat and spoke woth someone who informed me id get the upfront payment back , I wouldn't get charged the full monthly payment as id cancelled after a few days and I wouldn't have to pay the £1386, a few days later I was charged the full monthly payment and a few days after that they took the £1386 out of my bank account which I am still trying to get back and still not reviewed back the upfront payment either. So dar this contract has cost me £1474.99 and I only had it a few days.
