Enquired about prices for door and window over a year ago and still awaiting a response. Then I asked for prices for 2 internal doors the same as the ones I had bought from them a couple of years ago. This company told me that they were awaiting on their suppliers to respond and that was the delay. Unbeknownst to them, I contacted these suppliers and found out that they had not been contacted by Huws Gray and didn't know anything about it. Meanwhile, I've been waiting over a year now to get a job done and told continuous lies about materials. Not a trustworthy company and no customer care - they don't want your business. If you can get materials elsewhere, do so. This company are not reputable
I get all my materials from Huws Gray Doncaster branch , service is great most of my orders are handled by Pam her help and understanding when ordering is the best, and is why i keep going back for my materials , well done she’s a credit to her company
What a great company to deal with, from the start of my order till the delivery, very knowledgeable, polite, and reassuring.
They kept us updated and the delivery was within a couple of days.

Excellent help, advice and service from Brian at Snettisham. I needed help with a tricky shower valve repair, and during one day, I visited Snettisham twice, for plumbing components to resolve my issue. Brian went above and beyond, to work out how I could install compatible plumbing fittings, and complete my task. Could not have done it without Brian’s guidance. I hope that he is rewarded for his excellent service
Excellent service last week as per usual from your member of staff Karin ludlam, in the march branch. Took time to print me off various quotes and provide me with accurate information on the materials. As a result I made quite a few purchases. She is always friendly and knowledgeable and an asset to that branch
I CONTACTED JOHN MILBANK AT HUWS GRAY BARKER STREET NORWICH TO PURCHASE 2 TYPES OF MARSHALLS PAVING SLABS AND SHARP SAND 25KG BAGS HE WAS EXTREMLLY HELPFUL IN ORGANISING MY ORDER AND DELIVERY DETAILS AS I HAD TO HAVE 3 DELIVERYS IN ALLON SEPERATE DAYS AS I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH ROOM FOR EVERYTHING IN ONE DELIVERY ON THE DAYS I RECEIVED PHONE CALLS 30 MINUTES BEFORE DELIVERY AND THE DELIVERY DRIVERS IAN AND ANTHONY WERE REALLY HELPFUL AT THE KERBSIDEAND ALSO HELPED CARRY ROUND TO THE REAR OF MY PROPERTY THIS WAS EXTRA HELPFUL AS I AM NEARLY 70 YEARS OLD THEY WERE ALL SUPER HELPFUL AND REALLY FRIENDLY I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYBODY I KNOW JUST HOW HELPFUL THE WHOLE TEAM ARE IN THE DEPOT AND DELIVERY DRIVERS .THE SPEED OF DELIVERY AND THE QUAILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND PRICES ARE EXCELLENT I HAVE NO PROBLEM GIVING A 5 STAR RATING +++++ ON PRODUCTS PRICES AND SERVICE THANK YOU
Absolute rude women jumping to conclusions over her making assumptions during a phone call - MARKET HARBOROUGH. I expect better, Getting back chat and assuming the wrong idea and being belligerent, cutting me off and threatening to end the call before I get only the first part of the order explained is NOT acceptable. You misinterpreted what was said, but the damage had been done. My advice is to LISTEN and PAY ATTENTION. I had to ring back later and make a complaint to the manager. To whom I explained in further detail the entire situation and what I originally intended to purchase, so now, you have just lost a 5 grand order. I will not use your store ever again, and just to boot - a friend business associates of mine will also not use you because of this.

@ Huws Gray - Yeah right, you've just proven what a joke you are ! So speaking to the manager at the local store to me has not been passed on to you then ?

Recieved another email informing me I have 2 days left to forward my name and phone number or my review will be considered NOT genuine and will be removed. sheesh what's wrong with these people. Also I'm going to leave a Google review instead as that will NOT get removed !
Customer service under bottom and seaweed, no communication, nothing was as we agreed, they said 10 days of waiting, but took over the month, delivery booked by the store, but didn't arrive, finally, I collected my stuff, I don't recommend
Placed an order which was delivered today. The quality of the products were great but the delivery driver Jason was amazing. He called and text 30 mins before he was due to arrive. When he did arrive, he was friendly and went above and beyond to place the order in our side garden saving me a day’s work having to move it manually.
It’s my first time using Huws Gray and I will definitely be using them going forward.
