Absolute rude women jumping to conclusions over her making assumptions during a phone call - MARKET HARBOROUGH. I expect better, Getting back chat and assuming the wrong idea and being belligerent, cutting me off and threatening to end the call before I get only the first part of the order explained is NOT acceptable. You misinterpreted what was said, but the damage had been done. My advice is to LISTEN and PAY ATTENTION. I had to ring back later and make a complaint to the manager. To whom I explained in further detail the entire situation and what I originally intended to purchase, so now, you have just lost a 5 grand order. I will not use your store ever again, and just to boot - a friend business associates of mine will also not use you because of this. EDIT: So, They have been wanting me to contact them to give details on my experience which I've all ready posted here in this review. AND ! they also requested the following - 1) "You’ve written a review for Huws Gray, and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience. (A) They asked for my name and contact number. How does that better understand my experience ? 2) If you provide some extra information within 3 days, it’ll help them recognize your experience and respond. (A) See above 1) If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine." (A) Throwing their toys out of the pram response ! @ Huws Gray - Yeah right, you've just proven what a joke you are ! So speaking to the manager at the local store to me has not been passed on to you then ? EDIT EDIT: Recieved another email informing me I have 2 days left to forward my name and phone number or my review will be considered NOT genuine and will be removed. sheesh what's wrong with these people. Also I'm going to leave a Google review instead as that will NOT get removed !
