Very poor service and still waiting for refund. Changed collection venue at short notice, delivered in error and failed to specify when booking that venue closed for returns at weekends. Customer service poor until I finally (after about 2 hours managed to find someone who understood the issue and he was excellent)
The machine was cross hired through another supplier, I asked for the machine in the morning on Friday and it didnβt turn up until 16:40 that day, so I effectively lost 1 days hire Iβd paid for. I was lied to constantly by the supplier when I called up to get an ETA, first it was 10am, then 12:30, then 3pm. I called HSS and they assured me I would be refunded for that days hire. When it came to the collection day on Monday the supplier didnβt collect it, I called HSS and they chased them arranging for it to be collected on Wednesday. I then got a call on Tuesday by the driver saying he was there to collect it. I was at work so couldnβt do anything. I then received an email and charge for βfailed collectionβ. Again I called HSS, they eventually refunded the failed collection charge but still did not refund the lost days hire. Miraculously the person I spoke to had no knowledge of this there were βno notes on the systemβ. I offered to provide cctv footage to confirm delivery times etc but they wouldnβt accept this. HSS refused to refund that lost days hire.
Informative well presented SPA course by Andy in Gateshead. Took a lot from the course, easy to follow and intersct with instructions.

Really good customer service on the phone whilst looking for the right product. Helpful and appropriate advice given. Delivery driver was great, appreciated our school environment, helped place the items and gave great advice about the products use. Would highly recommend.

Ordered light vibrating plate. The machine was completely broken and unusable. The start switch kept falling off and the lever for speed would always go back to low due to the vibrations Tried to request refund via email and phone and no response. Terrible company

Took my order, then immediately cancelled it saying stock issues but still displaying the product on the website. When I questioned when it would be in, no reply. I purchased this a week before as well, so was happy until this point. No customer service, ignored, used a competitor instead. Update - still showing as available on your website. Not a supplier issue, bad customer service and communication was the issue, which you seemed to have ignored?? Which again proves the point of bad customer experience.

Ordered 16.06.25 for 1 day expecting collection 17.06.25. No comms to confirm when you are expected to be in to receive/give back the item hired. Waited 1h to speak to customer service re delivery who said unlikely the ladder would turn up same day - but then it did. Raised red flag for what to expect for collection - was told it would be collected next day. Can't stay in the house waiting for delivery/collection indefinitely not knowing if it'll happen. Could accept this for full day on designated dates (having to stay in all day on collection + delivery dates submitted) - but I've now also spent all day waiting for a collection that has not happened. Didn't have another hour to wait to speak to customer service today; from tomorrow PM nobody can be in for collection. CC'd all related emails I could find (who to email re this not clear) - no response as yet. Dire.
