Bad customer experience
Took my order, then immediately cancelled it saying stock issues but still displaying the product on the website. When I questioned when it would be in, no reply. I purchased this a week before as well, so was happy until this point. No customer service, ignored, used a competitor instead. Update - still showing as available on your website. Not a supplier issue, bad customer service and communication was the issue, which you seemed to have ignored?? Which again proves the point of bad customer experience.
