Bought more as so useful to temporarily keep my dogs out of part of my garden (newly turfed). Good price and fast delivery

Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.

Delivery wrong sofa and damaged

Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.

Frustrating

Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Good Customer Service

I ordered an outsunny 2 in 1 hammock bed. Upon erecting it we discovered that the canopy cover was damaged in one corner. The stitching was loose and had come away. I called the aftersales number and the man on the phone was pretty rude to be fair and he was very difficult to understand due to his foreign accent. However, I completed a return/replacement request form as advised and the person who dealt with my request afterwards made up for the rude man on the phone. Talmoor from customer services contacted me by email and arranged for a replacement to be sent out. However, they sent a box with not only a replacement canopy cover in it, it also had spare seat pads, seat frame, canopy frame and other pieces of the frame in it. This was most unexpected but these parts may come in handy if any of the original ones get damaged. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about quality. Surely this is not Homedones fault, it is the fault of the manufacturer. These products are sold by many other reputable sites such as The Range, Robert Dyers, Aosom and even Debehams. If the quality is poor then take some pics, complete a return request form, send it back and wait for a refund. Simples!

Refunds not easy apparently. Avoid this company!

Been called to say the item I ordered was damaged and no longer available. The customer service team seem to be trying to do everything to prevent having to do a refund by referring me to alternative items and having store credit instead of a refund. I'll see if and how long takes to actually get my money back. Not a great first impression of this company at all though. I'll review my rating depending on what happens next. Update: Over 10 working days and still no refund. Won't provide complaints process. Been told to wait another 3 working days for refund. Would recommend avoiding this company.

You’ll chase a refund…

I ordered a matching couch and footstool back in December. The couch arrived promptly but the footstool took a further two months to arrive as I had to chase it up because it wasn’t sent out. I have been trying to get a refund for the footstool since 27/03/24 and I am still not further as I keep being told to wait longer for a refund. Currently having to go through my bank to get my money back. So it’s all great if you keep the items, just be aware if you don’t that you may be fighting to get any sort of refund back from them.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish , the shower screen poorly made, did not fit together properly, leaked and customer service appalling to try and get a refund. I’ve shared photos of how bad the product is but still no refund
