Good Customer Service
I ordered an outsunny 2 in 1 hammock bed. Upon erecting it we discovered that the canopy cover was damaged in one corner. The stitching was loose and had come away. I called the aftersales number and the man on the phone was pretty rude to be fair and he was very difficult to understand due to his foreign accent. However, I completed a return/replacement request form as advised and the person who dealt with my request afterwards made up for the rude man on the phone. Talmoor from customer services contacted me by email and arranged for a replacement to be sent out. However, they sent a box with not only a replacement canopy cover in it, it also had spare seat pads, seat frame, canopy frame and other pieces of the frame in it. This was most unexpected but these parts may come in handy if any of the original ones get damaged. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about quality. Surely this is not Homedones fault, it is the fault of the manufacturer. These products are sold by many other reputable sites such as The Range, Robert Dyers, Aosom and even Debehams. If the quality is poor then take some pics, complete a return request form, send it back and wait for a refund. Simples!
