Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Delivery wrong sofa and damaged
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Frustrating
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Still waiting, terrible customer service
Purchased an item ,still waiting 3 weeks later for it to arrive. Customer service is absolutely thee worst ,will not give you a day for delivery and tells you a courier will contact you to arrange a delivery slot.... still waiting . Customer service has hung up on me three times during calls, after telling me they only communicate by email...so what's the point of a phone number to call?? Avoid like the plague as dealing with this company will only raise your blood pressure .

A1 customer service, but ....
A1 customer service. Good value and prompt delivery. Only one bit of constructive criticism ~ the tubular (round and square sections) metal bench sections are welded together with gaps that allow rainwater to enter into the tubing, which are likely to lead to corrosion/rusting from the inside out. Suggested solution ~ get a pack of metal filler (e.g. car body repair kit) ~ preferably white ~ to fill the holes ~ a slow job requiring care and patience to achieve a good result but worth it to extend the life of the bench, in my humble opinion !
